Football Party Planning Time

When you are planning a football party, you have a main theme built in, of course, but you can consider refining that theme if you want. If you are planning a party to watch a big game, then you most likely want to use a theme that follows your favorite team.

But, what if it's a kid's birthday party? And just about football in general, no specific game or team? Then you can have a little more fun.

You might want to consider a gridiron theme. Everything designed around the football field. There are even plastic tablecloths that have a reproduction of the field, numbers included.

How about a favorite player theme? The guests can all wear the jerseys of their favorite players. Add in some football serving dishes to make a fun accent.

For an grown-up birthday party, you might consider the age theme. There are party invitations with milestone ages like the yard markers on a football field. Or maybe a vintage style is more in your tastes. You can decorate with decals, ticket reproductions and old uniforms from the college teams of the 1940's or 1950's.

All fun ideas to work with when you plan a football party. Start with the invitations, pick out some decor and add in some football serving dishes for the food and you can be all set.
